Method
1.
Seed the tomatoes and chop into small pieces.

Chop the fresh coriander and red onion.
3.
Finely chop the red chillies (green chillie can be used for
a spicy flavour).
4.
Mix all together in a bowl. Squeeze the limejuice over the
mixture (omitting the pips) and add the salt.
5.
Serve in a bowl with poppadoms on the side. Or if the poppadoms
have been fried then the condiment can be sprinkled over each
poppadom.
Serves 4 as a snack or starter
