Hotel Ukraina

One of the most beautiful monuments of soviet classicism style architecture, the Hotel Ukraina, was built in 1957. The Hotel is a 34 storied building and is 600ft in height. The Hotel is situated opposite the House of the Russian Government, half a mile from the International Expocentre and 2 miles from The Kremlin and Bolshoi Theatre. The hotel boasts 864 comfortable rooms, five different styled restaurants and souvenir shops. The hotel is also quite a cheap place to stay for tourists compared to the other hotels in notoriously pricey Moscow.
