clean.

The best thing about this place is the roof-top restaurant
which looks over St. Peters (especially beautiful at
night). The staff here is fantastic helpful and friendly.

just a short walk across the bridge to the historic centre.
Hotel Lord Byron (near the Villa Borghese)
Via G. de Notaris, 5
Tel: 00 39 06 322 0404 Fax 00 39 06 322 0405

Here the rooms cost anything from L530,000 for a double to
L1,210,000 for a suite!
This place is totally unique. Superb service, very relaxed
and casual for such a fancy place and the owner has used his
own exquisite furniture throughout. The original paintings
are all of women. Its on the edge of the Villa Borghese
so its not as easy to reach the historic centre as from
some places, but if you can afford to stay here, you can afford
a cab! Its very quiet here.
